Cannot recommend Aurora's Quantum Kids Meditation Sessions enough. My four year old and I did this on Sunday. It was an amazing experience. He was attentive and shared freely with the group which consisted of many various ages of children. The encouragement for each other was so great! If you are on your own spiritual Journey I strongly recommend sharing these sessions with your children to aid in their development as well. A great family experience!
