I had completed a dozen sessions with another hypnotist 18 months ago, so I was very familiar and open to the experience. Let me tell you what, I got through more in one long session with Christina then I did the entire 12 sessions. We set my intention at the beginning, and that is exactly what I walked away with. I was able to deal with so much baggage and release things that have been holding me back. I completed the session a few weeks ago, and nothing has popped back up in my life. Christina is absolutely wonderful! I cannot recommend her enough, for any of the services she offers. First off I want to say Christina was super accommodating and super kinda and non-judgmental for the whole session and it’s a very safe environment where you can learn and ask questions that are as personal as you want them to be and just let your mind be free.
