The term hypnosis can often detour people away from work like this, but as Elisa explained and it became very clear to me, it is not hypnosis really. You have the awareness you are there, but it is as if a filter has been removed or a conduit has been placed to allow a free flow of information to come through. During my session, I felt as if I was just explaining/translating and allowing a message from my higher self to come in. Such a unique, relaxing experience of surrender. I felt somewhat energize after my session and still feel energize and a heightened awareness of myself. I also found it great that Elisa interviews and chats with you before the session. You discuss yourself, your Life and get a formal introduction with each other and in my case I had the ability to discuss my past and somewhat difficult things that had happened to me when I was growing up. Elisa is great at what she does, is very approachable and made me feel very comfortable. Most important, thank you Elisa!!!

I was a bit skeptical coming in, but I think because you allow enough time with each person to connect with them and keep them under hypnosis longer than others do you get a better result. I felt very comfortable and I really liked that you recorded my session and sent it to me as well. I've listened to it several times since my session. If you could get an office more centrally located to downtown that would be nice.
