Giselle is an absolute gem!!! I was initially a bit concerned about going into hypnotherapy. It was my first time ever, and she made it so easy! She has such a calming energy, and her space is very welcoming. The first half of the session is wonderful, as we get to talk and explore the topics that will be discussed during the hypnosis. She really gets to know you and the points you want to address. Then, when you\'re actually in hypnosis, she guides you through it beautifully. She creates space for you to feel whatever needs to be felt. And she can really have a dialogue with our higher selves — including negotiating with them! Her skills are truly special, as she is able to navigate the widest variety of topics with such ease and normality. Throughout the whole process I felt extremely safe. I could not recommend anyone better for a QHHT session. And I also couldn\'t recommend a QHHT session more highly than I already do. It\'s truly life-changing to be able to get firsthand answers to questions I have had all my life!! I cannot wait to come back and have another session 🙂
