Julie is such a compassionate and caring person who goes out of her way to ensure you are feeling completely comfortable, safe, and at ease for your session! She came to my home which helped me to be in my own comfort zone. I was worried that I wouldn't be successful as I have a very busy mind, and have not been able to be hypnotized before. We discussed trust, and allowing, and without those two things I would end up holding myself back. To my surprise, it worked!! Most of my life as things have happened I thought it was because I was supposed to learn to be patient! I was wrong, they kept giving me situations not to be patient, but to learn to ask for help when I need it!! (face-palm) All of this time I had been "sucking it up" when things would have been so different if I had taken another perspective!
