I had my first session with Kayla today and it was what I hoped for and more. Kayla is very nurturing and understanding. She is super professional. She educated me before the session so I would feel comfortable the day of it. Normally I have a lot of anxiety prior to anything new to me. But I was very relaxed before the session. I highly recommend doing a session with Kayla. I did a virtual quantum healing hypnosis session with BHQ+ and I can tell you it is one of the best things I have ever done for myself. With Love and Grace Kayla opens the doors to healing in ways I never would have previously considered. She was able to get me out of my comfort zone and sink into a practice that at first glance seemed a little silly. Once we were in it, all of the chatter from my ego faded and all I could hear was the gentle voice of her guiding me through the layers of my existence. I'm excited to go back and listen to the recording in a few weeks as she suggested. I didn't follow my inner guidance on one specific topic and immediately was able to connect it back to the session and use that to grown and process the pattern so that I could learn and heal from it. I was gifted this session. Never really knew what it was about. After participating in a beautiful journey of love. Kay is down to earth and sensitive. Her heart truly entangles with your own.
