Lily helped me connect to my Higher Self, which offered guidance on my present and future life. She helps prepare you by emailing tips on what to do the day of your session and helps you set intentions and create questions. I was nervous and it took me a few tries to get in a hypnosis state. (I would recommend wearing a sleep mask to block out any light or choose a location where the sunlight won't bother you). But Lily is a great guide and was very patient, encouraging and positive the whole time. No matter what was said, there was no judgment from her. She makes you feel like you're old friends catching up and talking about all things spiritual. I would highly recommend a BQH session with Lily and I would like to at some point book another session with her. She is truly a wonderful soul.

Lilly is so amazing to work with! She is so informative, helpful & kind. I was so nervous I was going to fall asleep that I did my best to listen to her pre-instruction videos & email as best I could weeks leading up to my appointment. To my surprise I did not fall asleep at all & Lilly was able to perform the past life regression! I had no issues with going under hypnosis & visualize what needed to be shown to me. I learned quite a bit about my shoulder pain, tooth pain & my question regarding why I feel so connected to Chinese culture. I was also shown how important my cats are & so much more! The session with Lilly was a rewarding spiritual and self-discovery experience.
