Being in the 'Neutral Space' is a place of choice, it is about holding the space and being in that space. Living and being in the place of non-judgement. Healing the rift of the polarities, and bringing our being fully into unity consciousness.  This takes a  little explanation and understanding, as we have all been brought up to work with 'two sides' to everything! Focusing on Hypnosis and deep relaxation for many years has enabled us to work with Deep Relaxation to assist with stress and anxiety and patterns that keep recurring. Insights to these through the bodywork, or the Hypnosis QHHT® can be invaluable. Both through QHHT®, and Neutral Space Relaxation® Bodywork.

Our work with deep relaxation has moved forward since 2012, when we designed our own Accredited Practitioner Training Courses to  facilitate others to be able to use our unique bodywork technique. This can be for existing Practitioners of other modalities, or completely new Relaxation Specialists.   

Quantum Healing Hypnosis sessions are part of the whole of this work, and are aligned with all that we do within Neutral Space Relaxation®. Whether through QHHT®, Relaxation bodywork sessions or Neutral Space Relaxation® Training and Facilitation,  our ethos is always to empower the person.
