As a human collective, we are moving through the great dimensional shifts occurring on the planet and, simultaneously, we are each experiencing internal shifts on an individual basis. Some of us are more conscious of the shifts than others yet all are affected.   We are all, in the timing that is uniquely, naturally and Divinely orchestrated, ascending into a higher frequency and resonance of Love.  The sessions I offer are intended to assist in your personal journey of transformation, expansion and growth while navigating within the collective greater flow of Life.  Every session is unique and a co-created dance crafted towards assisting you through your transformation with more ease and Grace. Having worked with many teachers and modalities over the years, I have along with my Soul Team, incorporated a blended methodology that is flexible in its ever-changing expansion while providing a distinctly tailored and beneficial session towards harmony and integration.    It is my great joy to share my Heart and assist others to transform and emanate their True Essence. In my private practice, I maintain a License in Spiritual Health Coaching, am a Certified Biofeedback Specialist and trained in Introspective Hypnosis and BQH.
