Originally from the South Island of New Zealand (Aotearoa), I now call Queensland’s beautiful Sunshine Coast home, in Australia, where I live with my two wonderful daughters.

My journey into this work began through my own healing. Like many people, I experienced challenges early in life that led me to seek answers beyond conventional approaches. As I explored energy healing and the subconscious mind, I came to understand that our experiences – whether from childhood, our family lineage, or even other lifetimes – can leave deep energetic imprints that quietly influence the way we think, feel and experience life.

What inspired me most was discovering that these patterns don’t have to define us. When we gently uncover and release what no longer serves us, it becomes possible to move forward with greater clarity, peace, freedom and authenticity.

That realisation changed the course of my life and ultimately led me to dedicate my work to helping others experience that same transformation.

Over the years, I have had the privilege of supporting hundreds of clients from all walks of life. One of the greatest joys of my work is witnessing people reconnect with their own inner wisdom, release long-held emotional burdens, and create meaningful shifts in their health, relationships, confidence and sense of purpose.

I love BQH because it provides a beautiful opportunity to access the wisdom of the Higher Self in a deeply personal way. Every session is unique, and I approach each one with curiosity, compassion and respect, trusting that your own inner guidance knows exactly what is ready to be explored and healed.

My intention is always to create a safe, nurturing and non-judgemental space where you feel comfortable to relax, explore and receive whatever is for your highest good. It is truly an honour to walk alongside people as they remember who they are beneath the layers of life’s experiences and reconnect with the infinite wisdom that already exists within them.
