After experiencing my first Dark Night of the Soul in my twenties, I have experienced on and off again spiritual journeys throughout life that have ultimately led to the spiritual path I am on today over thirty years later.However, 2012 was a pivotal year having separated from a relationship and buying my first house on my own.  It wasn’t long before discovering I lived about five minutes away from a good friend, who ended up playing a significant role in me finally embracing my spiritual path starting with taking all the classes to become a Usui Reiki Master Teacher. From there my journey flourished as I branched out to become a Quantum Reiki Healer and Guided Meditation Teacher as well.  Finally in 2021, after losing my last parent, I experienced my second Dark Night of the Soul and Spiritual Awakening.  While this was an emotionally painful period of my life, it was necessary and needed for spiritual growth. This has led to finding and redefining my tribe and those in my circle of trust. I continue to meet some of the most talented people on their own journey that have contributed to me learning and growing in ways I never imagined. ​The universe is always showing us the way and knowing my deep love for animals, it finally led me down the path to becoming an Animal Reiki Master Teacher and End of Life Pet Doula.  These two modalities embrace each other and provide profound tools for my tool belt to not only help my own pets, but so many other pets as well.  I have had the heartbreaking experience of needing to help my own pets pass over to Rainbow Bridge and these modalities have given me such a great perspective on how to help others. In addition, I am the currently a proud human owned by two cats who receive Animal Reiki on a regular basis.  In the midst of all this, I was also hearing a calling in my ear to explore Quantum Healing.  Having experienced a session myself, I was intrigued and had many questions and that’s when in my sleep I heard the message ‘if you are intriqued, you need to explore’ and that is exactly what I did.  It was not long thereafter that I signed up and completed QHHT Level 1  and most recently BQH. Again, just like I mentioned above, these two modalities embrace each other and provide profound tools for my tool belt to not only help myself, but so many others as well.During this time as well, I was also blessed to experience a sound bowl healing session and I was hooked!  Sound bowls are a therapeutic practice that use the powerful resonance and vibrations produced by crystal singing bowls and other instruments to create a harmony of sound frequencies to help restore physical and emotional health. So after completing the certifications I was already enrolled in, I signed up and am excited to be a Level II Sound Healer today, with still lots more to learn. We will always be learning and evolving spiritually on this earth as we vibrate higher and my deepest passion is wanting to help others on their journey.  If my personal experiences have taught me anything, it’s that no one has all the answers and we all need to be there and show up for each other.  Remember, you are not alone!
