WebsiteI am a clinical and Quantum Healing Hypnotist helping people to overcome emotional blocks, anxiety, depression, smoking and to achieve in their weight loss journey.
I am the first HypnoFit® Licensed Partner in Canada. Besides that I am also a certified Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT®) practitioner, Beyond Quantum Healing (BQH) hypnosis practitioner, Past Life Regression practitioner, and Reiki practitioner. I am also a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) in the past I have worked in the IT and software industry for 20 years.
I am experienced in working with clients belonging from a variety of cultural and ethnic backgrounds. My non judgmental approach and compassionate listening allows my clients to open up and speak about their problems without the fear of being judged.
Imagine what your life would be like when you let go of anger, sadness, depression, anxiety, and those limiting beliefs which do not serve purpose to you. I personally experienced these issues in the past and successfully transformed my life using the techniques that I now use to help my clients to transform their lives.
My aim is to help those who did not get a fair chance to be happy and healthy, or live their lives to the fullest. On this path, I have met many gentle, compassionate, and knowledgeable people on their own life journeys and with unique challenges and I am thankful to all of them. I am based in Hamilton, Ontario near North Service Rd and Queen Elizabeth Way intersection. My clients receive the complimentary consultation and the therapy sessions (except QHHT) online via Zoom from their own comfortable place anywhere in the world. I have recently resumed the in-person appointments specially for my clients who do not have the luxury of privacy and a quiet place.

My session with Ana was wonderful. She has an incredibly refined healing energy. It is subtle, yet deeply powerful, with its strength and completeness building throughout the session.
Ana’s demeanor is very similar to the healing energy I experienced. She is kind, easy to talk with and you can sense immediately you are with someone who cares deeply for you and the space she is creating.

It was exactly what I needed and I felt myself floating almost like i was levitating which has never happened before so I know her energy helped me to relax and trust the process. Beautiful energy exchange and so patient which truly helped me feel safe and comfortable and not rushed.
