I had my first session with Kayla today and it was what I hoped for and more. Kayla is very nurturing and understanding. She is super professional. She educated me before the session so I would feel comfortable the day of it. Normally I have a lot of anxiety prior to anything new to me. But I was very relaxed before the session. I highly recommend doing a session with Kayla. I did a virtual quantum healing hypnosis session with BHQ+ and I can tell you it is one of the best things I have ever done for myself. It really is amazing! Do it for you! I promise you, you will not regret it!!!

With Love and Grace Kayla opens the doors to healing in ways I never would have previously considered. She was able to get me out of my comfort zone and sink into a practice that at first glance seemed a little silly. Once we were in it, all of the chatter from my ego faded and all I could hear was the gentle voice of her guiding me through the layers of my existence. I'm excited to go back and listen to the recording in a few weeks as she suggested. I didn't follow my inner guidance on one specific topic and immediately was able to connect it back to the session and use that to grown and process the pattern so that I could learn and heal from it. I feel there are more revelations from the session on the way and i'm excited to connect the dots as they appear. I can see another strong indicator of a HUGE life shift that came from the experience that I otherwise would not have accepted. I was gifted this session. Never really knew what it was about. After participating in a beautiful journey of love. Kay is down to earth and sensitive. Her heart truly entangles with your own. Since I realized I’ve been doing this for years on my own, since childhood. It was like sitting in a comfortable chair. This was by far the most transformative healing session I have ever had. The level of compassion that Kayla has combined with her gift that she brings creates a safe space where deep work can happen. Even after just 24 hours I am noticing a shift in awareness amd in the connecrion I have with myself, with my guides and with source. What a fantastic quantum healing session! Kayla made sure that I was prepared as she noticed that the questions I had provided her with were important but knew that there were some deeper ones that I could reflect on and ask myself beforehand to heal any discomfort in my soul so she kindly re-arranged the session to the next day to give me time to think much more deeply about what I could heal from as she recognises the importance in this and does not participate in these sessions for monetary gain. After I came back from speaking to my soul about what had made me feel broken and left me with scars from the past, I started my healing session with Kayla and she was able to introduce me and connect me to multiple scenarios and scenes from my past lives such as when I was an amphibian being on an off-world planet with some important memories there plus answering all of the questions that I had prepared for my higher self with the help of my guides too. Towards the end of the session she was able to fix and amend all the parts of my soul that had made it feel broken in the past (which I previously wasn’t that aware of how much they were still effecting me) and healed all of my scars which felt like a huge weight has d been lifted off my consciousness once the session had finished and it allowed my vibration and consciousness to raise much higher than it did before (as prior to this my consciousness was in mostly 7D and sometimes in 8D but after this session it has ensured that it is in a constant 8D state and has potential to increase further). Kayla was very kind throughout this session and I felt very comfortable speaking to her about my past and personal issues with no fear of judgement as she is a very pure soul and it was incredible how I could sense her high vibration through the call the entire time. I would highly recommend Kayla to anyone else that is interested in one of these sessions as she really does know what she is doing and is aware of her life purpose to do this and help others along the way with finding their own life purpose too and to build them up and ascend their state of being out of the old and into the new so that they don’t have to do this further down the line as this session was so beneficial to me and I could see how it could be very beneficial to others too. I also very much appreciated that Kayla was able to send me a few videos to watch before my session which were very insightful and she was able to communicate effectively and respond to any questions I had beforehand and let me know that she was happy to do so at any moment in time before and after the session was complete too. It was very handy that Kayla recorded our session for me to play back in the future if I were to forget any piece of information or if I wanted to revise myself on the knowledge I had from my higher self one of my guides, Archangel Michael, in the future. To sum up my session in a few words: Kayla is a very loving, kind, friendly, pure and high vibrational individual who showed me a greater insight on important events from the past and healed me of all trauma from this life that I did not prior feel like needed to be healed which afterwards I feel even more amazing than I did before and am so grateful to have had this opportunity with Kayla today which was seriously life-changing. She was well knowledge in answering my questions and guiding me through the session. The ambiance was comfortable and she gave me all the time I needed to regroup and reflect. I was very happy to find Kayla. She is very professional and had a lovely energy about her. I had this super long list of questions which she patiently listened to. I also had pain and stiffness in my shoulder and she was able to help me clear it. By the end of the session my shoulder was much more flexible and the pain Had alleviated. A profound experience I would do again.
Going into this I was nervous, because I have a habit of doubting myself. From the beginning to the end, Kayla was very welcoming & sincere. During my session it was very easy to follow her voice and to visualize what she asked me too. I feel I came out with the results I wanted to. The biggest thing for me was to believe in myself and the voice I constantly mute. If you're anything like me, you must get out of your own way and allow Kayla to guide you & you will find what you need once you do that. I had been wanting to do a session for a long time. I was waiting for my guides to reveal the right one. Did they ever. Kayla has a soft subtle approach easy on this empath as it was soothing and nurturing. We revealed former life that had previously not been revealed to me. In discovering this my guides have tied many of the connections as i sat with the energy after the session. Some healing was intiated instantaniously as i felt lighter and freer. Easily expressing some things i had previously felt blocked to. My only criticism is with my own phone. I feel it would be better in person. The results however speak for themselves.
