Rachel Knox

I am a qualified hypnotherapist with a passion for helping people. My goal is to create a safe and comfortable space where my clients can explore their subconscious minds, and make positive changes in all areas of their lives. I specialize in the Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) using the method taught by Dolores Cannon, and Beyond Quantum Healing (BQH) which is a newer but similar quantum hypnosis method that is taught by Candace Craw Goldman, a senior student of Dolores Cannon. QHHT and BQH are much more than past-life regression hypnotherapy because the main aim is to gain direct communication with the higher self or spirit guides which can bring about very effective healing and answers to our questions concerning this life. It helps clients to connect with their purpose in life and to learn about where they have come from and the best way to move forward and realise their dreams and wishes.

In addition, I can also cognitive behavioural hypnosis and spirit releasement therapy.
