This was my first time experiencing a past life regression so I wasn't sure exactly what to expect. Now that a few days have passed I have been able to reflect a lot on what was said (through me) and my experience during the session.

First off Sue was incredible - she really made it easy to fall into an incredibly relaxed state. She also would flow with everything I was saying to help ensure all of my questions were answered thoroughly.

I also went in a little stressed so I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to get into the deep state. Sue's guided meditation into the session and the way that she helped me along was really delightful and made me feel safe. That feeling of safety allowed me to open up even more.

Lastly, it was simply a fun experience! I have been practicing meditation, yoga, and all of that for a while now, so I'd like to think that I am pretty in touch with what's going on inside me. However, during the session, it was really a validation of all of the subtle things I was feeling. It also was so much easier having someone there to help guide me, I really loved it and felt pampered.

After the first one I am kind of hooked! I learned so much and it was genuinely a fun, relaxing experience. I feel lucky to have had it with Sue as well - she is kind, caring, honest, and really holds the space well.

I am looking forward to more sessions!
