Vicki Ude

Vicki has been working with me mostly with my social anxiety using the Lefkoe belief process. I have definitely seen an improvement! In social situations, I have always had a mix of anxiety and excitement. Since working with Vicki, I have more feelings of excitement, less anxiety.

For someone who wants to try this method out, I want to tell them to have an open mind. Also, to be ready to go into your memories, even if they are painful or uncomfortable. Another thing I have noticed is you might not know if the method has worked until you are faced with the same situation.

Thank you Vicki for your time and patience. It has been an eye opening experience. To know how the belief system works, in our minds, gives me so much hope for myself in the future.

Vicki is a great facilitator of this (Lefkoe) belief method. In just four short sessions we worked on beliefs that have been with me for 30 years. Every time I would go to do something the same thoughts would rise up. While working with Vicki she guided me through these old beliefs and helped me to bring a whole new perspective around my thoughts. Vicki is a great guide and will walk you through the work at your own pace.

I feel so lucky to have received a Quantum Pain Relief session from Vicki because the pain that had bothered me for over a year is gone after an hour and a half with Vicki. I know Vicki prior to this session, and I have always enjoyed her soothing presence which exudes sincerity and stillness so I know I was in safe hands.

After asking me to describe the pain I experienced in my right groin in detail, Vicki asked if she could start with some energy. Sure! And OMG, I felt a whole current of energy coming towards me and I kept seeing the word ‘fire’. I was sweating afterward!

I felt I was in a daze for the rest of the session, often feeling a lot of light around me and in me, like I was completely cocooned by God. I couldn’t do all that Vicki asked of me but she didn’t insist. Instead, she allowed me to be and she patiently listened as I tried to describe how I felt.

Vicki asked me to check my pain level a few times during the session and every time, there was a noticeable improvement. To my surprise, despite not able to do everything that Vicki asked, the pain was completely gone at the end of the session, from a 8 out of 10 crushing pain to barely an 1 that felt more like a soreness from a workout than pain!

It has been two days since the session and I’m happy to report that the pain has gone for good. Thank you, Vicki!
