Inner Earth Meditation

In a recent BQH session with a very connected client, we were told that the more people that bring in the light from the sun through themselves and down into Inner Earth, the faster the ascension of humanity would go and the sooner the large wave of energy from the Sun would come (the 'Event' wave). We were told in this session that we should share this meditation far and wide to help further this rise in consciousness of humanity. So please share widely if you feel called to- the more doing this together, the merrier: I originally had made this free guided meditation after watching Allison Coe's recent video about the importance of bringing in the light of the sun, traveling to Inner Earth for healing and rejuvenation, and then bringing that back out with us and through our crown chakras out to humanity. My hope has been that this will help those that wanted to follow the directives she gave but with a bit more guidance. I plan to do this meditation at least twice daily, as recommended by Allison. The Big Things Just Got Small

So often I find that I get fixated on the goals I'm reaching towards, and forget that the real meat of life- where nearly all of the learning, expansion, growth, and wonder happens- lies in the journey taken on the way to those goals. If we can remember to appreciate the lessons coming our way (the stuff of the journey) and be grateful and interested in the learning, life takes on an even greater level of joy, wonder, excitement, and contentment. How to Prepare for The Event (The High-Vibrational Energy Coming to Earth): BQH Wisdom for the World

I had a beautiful BQH session with a client this weekend, who had very powerful and profound messages about preparing for the high vibrational energy waves coming to Earth right now (known by many as 'The Event' or ascension waves). Exploring Healing Domes on New Earth- a BQH Journey: BQH Wisdom for the World

Mastering Twin Flame Relationships: BQH Wisdom for the World

This helpful information about twin flames was offered in a BQH session I had recently with Jenn Fisher, a friend and fellow practitioner. The Higher Self came through to give us a broader understanding of these relationships on a soul level: their purpose, as well as the challenges that can present in such relationships. Extra Terrestrial First Contact, ET Guides, and how to invite in ET assistance for ascension

I recently received this profound message for humanity from a benevolent ET that spoke to me during a meditation. It was unexpected, as I don't often communicate or see ET beings, but it was right there in front of me- so real, and I could feel and hear the depth and importance of each word as it was being shared. It was about first contact and the importance of inviting the benevolent ET beings to help us if we wish for their help in our ascension process.
