I was blessed to have the brilliant and insightful Hannah Fogg guide me through my first BHQ session a few weeks ago. I had a wonderful BQH session with Hannah who is genuinely interested in other people and willing to assist in having a meaningful experience. Even though I was concerned about not being able to go into trance, she instantly made me feel comfortable and her soothing, gentle voice guided me through 3 lifetimes, including a magic place where I reconnected with nature in a beautiful cave full of crystals hidden behind a waterfall. Then she connected me to my higher self and asked the questions I had prepared. After we were finished, she brought me back and we talked about some relevant patterns she noticed in the lifetimes I explored and it helped me look at, with a fresh eye, some of the themes that were coming up for healing. A couple days after our session a hoopoe showed up in my garden. It was the first time I saw such a beautiful bird and it happened for a reason. I looked up on the internet and found out the hoopoe teaches the ability to tap into ancient wisdom to reach your own profound sense of regality. This bird signals ways to tap into your energy body and to connect to higher realms. It demonstrates touching Mother Earth for balance. Hoopoe shows how to sing your own song and come into your own personal power. It totally made sense with my session with Hannah and no doubt her strong connection to nature and the higher realms brought me to that level of consciousness as a step towards grounding and inner peace in my spiritual journey. My BQH session with Hannah Fogg was just amazing!!! I connected with a lifetime where I was an ET and worked with controlling the electromagnetic power of some type of gateway in the universe. As the ET was discussing the function of the gateway I went into a state where my entire body felt a surge of energy and it was so intense it later started to scan my body and I realized it was clearing my energy field. Hannah then helped with her energy healing technique and I felt so light and the scanning felt wonderful and soothing!! I was also able to connect with my higher self to answer a few of my questions. Hannah provides the most wonderful healing space in her work. With her loving guidance, I was able to access deeper and wiser parts of myself and actually be able to ask them questions and get wonderfully detailed answers. It was an amazing experience.
