Modality: Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique® (QHHT®)

Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique® (QHHT®) is a unique form of hypnosis developed by Dolores Cannon that allows individuals to access their “Higher Self” or subconscious mind to gain insights into their lives, heal from physical or emotional ailments, and explore past lives. It is based on the belief that the subconscious mind holds all the answers to our questions and has the ability to heal the body.

A QHHT® practitioner guides clients into a deep state of trance, where they can access their subconscious mind and communicate with their Higher Self. The practitioner facilitates a conversation between the client and their Higher Self, asking questions and guiding the client through past life experiences or other relevant information.

What to expect from a session with a QHHT® practitioner:

• Pre-session interview: The practitioner will begin with a thorough interview to discuss your life experiences, health concerns, and questions you want to address during the session. This helps the practitioner understand your intentions and tailor the session to your needs.
• Induction and relaxation: The practitioner will guide you into a deep state of relaxation and hypnosis. This may involve guided visualizations, progressive relaxation techniques, or other methods to help you enter a trance state.
• Past life exploration (optional): If you choose to explore past lives, the practitioner will guide you through a past life experience, encouraging you to describe what you see, hear, and feel.
• Connecting with the Higher Self: The practitioner will then facilitate a connection with your Higher Self, allowing you to ask questions and receive answers directly from your subconscious mind.

• Client control: You are always in control during the session and can choose to stop or change the direction of the experience at any time.
