New Explorers Start HereIn this article, I’m going to walk you through how to create a list of awesome questions for your Quantum Healing session!
By following these simple steps, you can rest assured that you won’t miss a thing when creating your list, and that you’ll be setting yourself up to learn as much as possible from your Quantum Healing experience.
This article will explain:
In order to understand why questions are so useful in a Quantum Healing session, we have to first explain what actually happens in a session.
In a relaxed state, it becomes much easier to connect with the imaginative, intuitive mind.
This is how the Higher Self communicates information to us.
In waking life, it can be easy to dismiss this information because to the untrained person, it can be hard to differentiate it from regular thoughts.
Modern society doesn’t yet value the ability to listen to that inner wisdom. But when you take time to practice tuning into it, you’ll be amazed at how accurate it really is!
In Quantum Healing, we use that wisdom to our advantage by asking questions about a variety of topics with the goal of improving the client’s life in some way.
So really, by creating a great list of questions in preparation for a session, all you’re doing is setting yourself up to make the most of the experience.
1. The first thing you’ll want to do is get as clear as possible about what your dream life might look like.
When you do this, throw everything that you think you know about what’s possible out the window.
Imagine that there are no limits, no restrictions, no rules in place, no barriers to success.
By getting clear about your dream life, you have a point of reference for what is and is not working in your current experience.
By getting clear about your dream life, you have a point of reference for what is and is not working in your current experience.
When you can see the difference between where you are and where you want to be, you become more critical of the things that you can do to change.
And this inspires lots of questions.
So you can either take notes about this dream life, or just spend time imagining it in your head. But for the next part, you’ll definitely want to grab a pen and paper because we’re going to start to flesh out our questions.
2. The next thing that we’re going to do is assess the current state of our life and compare it to our dream life.
I find it helpful to make a chart:
The different categories we’ll be reviewing are:
From here, you can begin to make notes about the things that are not currently working, or that are causing you problems within each category.
For example:
Let’s say that in my current life, I’m struggling with some work-related issues. I’m going to fill in my chart with all of the problems that I’ve been dealing with that are related to work:
Once I’ve established everything that isn’t working, I’ll start to imagine what a good solution would look like in my dream life, and fill that in as well:
By following this process, you’ll find that your questions tend to basically write themselves.
You might get questions like:
From here, it’s just a matter of repeating the process for each of the different categories on your chart.
3. Once you’ve gotten a good base of questions from your current life experiences, you can begin to explore questions you may have about your past.
Making another chart might be helpful for this as well. You’ll want to include sections for:
This time, make a list of each significant relationship, trauma, or mysterious event, and explore any questions that might arise.
For example:
Let’s say that you were bullied at school, and experienced a car accident when you were 15. The trauma portion of your chart might look like this:
This exercise will likely prompt loads of new questions. You might ask things like:
Did my bullies have a karmic agreement or soul contract that caused them to act in the way that they did?
Follow this process for each category to get a good base of questions to ask about your past experiences.
4. Lastly, you’ll want to review existential questions.
Think about your beliefs regarding life, the universe, health, religion, politics and morality, and ask yourself what questions come to mind that you’d like answered.
You might ask which political candidate is most likely to lead us into the type of world that you want to see.
Or maybe you want to know about ETs, life on other planets, or alien disclosure.
Anything that you’ve ever wondered can be asked in a Quantum Healing session, so don’t hold back!
These four steps that evaluate your dream life, current life, past experiences, and existential questions, will give you a great base of topics to work with when creating your list.
1. Start this process as soon as you know that you’re planning to have a session. Get as many questions written down as possible, and then leave the list out somewhere you’ll see it regularly until the day before your session.
You’ll be surprised how many things will come to mind in the days and weeks prior to your session, so it’s important to be able to add to the list when things come up.
2. It’s not necessary to have questions for every category. While some people do love long, detailed lists, others come with just 1 or 2 questions.
This article is just a guide to help you to avoid skipping any questions that you’ll regret not having asked once your session is over.
3. Try to frame your questions so that they are solutions-based. Think about your goal and the bigger picture of what it is you’re looking to accomplish.
Your practitioner can always help you to come up with questions in the session, or to frame them in a positive way, so try not to stress about it too much!
4. Remember to email your practitioner with your list of questions the day before your session begins so they have time to review it and print it out prior to your meeting. This is a good general practice, but be sure to consult with your own practitioner about their preferred process.
If you follow these suggestions, you’ll have a list of awesome questions that will leave you glad that you didn’t miss anything once your session is over!
Much love. Until next time—namaste and have a beautiful day
