I am a true artist turned conscious content creator. My passion is to allow people to uncover & discover the truth within themselves. A true believer in mindfulness, the power of positive thoughts, the power of trusting the intuition or “gut,” and turning our life experiences into life lessons. It’s the transformational journey that interests me, including the process of uncovering the human eyes to see the world beyond the critical self.
My mission to bring awareness of self to each and every one of us came after finding myself dependent on others for answers and their insights. It is common to land in the wrong hands if you allow it. The search for answers outside of myself, through lots of turmoil, I realized that the answers I had been looking for lived within me. They lie within each and every single one of us.
Why Past Life Regression | QHHT?
Past Life Regression allowed me to see, experience, and hear for myself other lives
I have lived. It allowed me to connect with my loved ones that have passed over and listen to their voices first-hand as well as connect with my Higher Self as if it were embracing me with undeniable LOVE. This experience was very much like an embrace from the Holy Spirit or an experience of Kundalini Rising. This experience brought so much clarity from a first-person perspective that I wanted to learn this modality to be able to assist others in their journey of awakening. Although everyone’s experience is always different, it is transformational, to say the least.
Today, connecting with other peoples’ Higher Self during sessions brings much fulfillment and joy to my life. I also have my very own daily practice of meditation which I encourage everyone to have.
Meditation has played a pivotal role in my connection with self and is another modality where I assist people. Group meditation is a powerful way to come together and raise our vibrations as a community energetically. There is a passage in the Bible that resonates universal truth in prayer and just as much in meditation. Matthew 18:20 “For where two or three are gathered in my name, there am I among them.” This passage is gold.
From nearly committing to a life of charity by becoming a nun in the Catholic Church to practicing Buddhism to eventually being anointment a priestess in an indigenous religion for seven years, I realized the alignment I was looking for always lived within me. While being a part of this indigenous religion, I not only experienced exotic religious ceremonies but witnessed the politics, hierarchy and the human nature that can get all to egotistic and dangerous. Looking back now, I was bound to face this life training as a humbling occurrence in this lifetime.
Needless to say, this passion for raising awareness of self was born.
Although I have always identified myself as having a spiritual connection, I, at the time, relied on having that “connection” through other people. I unknowingly gave my power over, and it ultimately lead to people abusing that power. I learned my connection had always lived within me and this was one of the biggest lessons of my 20’s. It was also to find my voice, follow my intuition, trust myself, learn to forgive and to do what is right. Another great lesson in this process was that for as long as I “identified” with my story it had power over me, therefore, making forgiveness a big part of my journey.
It is my soul mission to help you connect with your higher self and to break destructive patterns that are in this life, or other lives, with QHHT or a simple meditation. It is also to help you make sense of your soul’s purpose and ultimately discover the light that lies within you. My approach is designed to make you feel empowered to understand and take life full force.
You mention nearly becoming a nun, being a practicing Buddhist and becoming a priestess of an indigenous religion as part of your journey That is a very interesting and unique sequence of events, can you tell us more about that?
One of the initial things that drew me into the Catholic church as a teenager was experiencing the power of prayer. I fell in love with the vibration of the Holy Spirit, prayer itself and wanted to devote my life to charity. So it only made sense. My senior year of High School I was looking into different Orders in the Catholic Church and that year I had a realization that if I went into the church, I would have to answer to a Priest. I then thought to myself “I want to be a part of a religion where women are Priestesses.” I then decided I needed to expand my horizons and explore different practices. That is when I practiced Buddhism, again what drew me in was the vibrational energy that is evoked during a group chant. I loved the aroma of the environment, the elements that are incorporated, and the people were incredible! But there was still something missing.
Around the same time, I started to discover life as a 20-year-old, so I was going out, started drinking, was not in the best relationship, and that was when I came across an old high school friend whose parents were High Priest/Priestess in this Indigenous Afro-Cuban Religion. There are so many details to this experience it is a challenge to pinpoint one event. Within a year of having been introduced to this religion, I was anointed a Priestess by 20+ elders. It took a seven-day ceremony and a year-long commitment to wear all white, covered from head to toe, eating on a mat on the floor, not having physical contact with others that were not part of this circle except immediate family and staying indoors at the moment the sunset unless there was work. I want to say the year I was anointed was also the year I knew I had stepped into something that felt like a mistake but I was too afraid to leave. This religion has its beauty, but the human/power/ego aspect of it can be very dangerous in the wrong hands. Fast forward seven years later I had a revelation one day that none of it was real. It literally felt like a curtain lifting, and I was now able to see.
Looking back now, I got what I asked for; I became a Priestess in a religion that worked with Mother Nature, it had beautiful music that created the perfect environment for deities to dance in this Earthly Realm and other aspects. I learned so many life lessons during this experience at the end of the day. It ultimately taught me humility and love.
What was the event that led you to become a healer?
You know, there was so much resistance on my part after my experience as a Priestess, I didn’t want to be seen in that light. Little by little the joys of our material world didn’t interest me much. In February of 2016, I attended a woman’s Christian seminar with my Aunty and Mom. We were there to see this woman who was considered to have the gift of Prophecy, and as we were sitting there, I could hear things she was about to say before she said them. I even turned to my Mom to tell her “I think I have the gift of Prophecy” and she said “I could’ve told you that. You always had.” I then heard a message come in about fasting for 10 days, getting up at 4:30 am to meditate and to read the Bible after the meditation. I wrote it down before I would forget. Before I knew it the lady speaking mentioned fasting before going to an orphanage in India (which is where I wanted to go had I become a nun), then she mentioned the kids at the orphanage would wake up at 4:30 am for morning prayer. This was a message to follow through on the message I had perceived as I was sitting there as an observer. After the event, I began my fast/meditation/reading. This was the beginning of my journey to embrace all the gifts I came to this realm with. I had revelations about the Bible and even started questioning it which was something I would have never done before. I started reading a book called the “Vedanta Treatise” that helped me understand the laws of the Universe, and it was a snowball effect after that.
Are there any relevant, interesting events or moments that proceeded your journey?
One of the most profound moments was the one when I had my awakening from the religion I was a part of. I remember vividly driving home from work, and it almost felt like my eyes opened for the first time. I looked around and thought to myself “None of this is real. We can make of this what we want. I’m not afraid anymore.” It was a second in time. The next day I woke up to a comment on one of my Facebook post from my uncle who had never commented on anything and it said: “Your dad would be so proud of his little girl right now.” My dad passed away when I was 8 years old, and my relationship with him in the spirit world is my go to. As you can imagine, this was confirmation for me that I was going to be ok and taken care of. This particular moment felt like freedom! Like a revelation, like a connection, validation, a key to MY life! : )
Who, or what, has been influential on your path?
Wow! From where I am now, I would have to say that every person I have ever met has been an influential person on my path.
The ripple effect in the last year has been a friend named Larry Medina who read my Akashic Records, Pamela Aaralyn whom I had a 30 mins reading with that changed my life and introduced me to Dolores Cannon. Then it was my session with QHHT Practitioner Jeroen de Wit, various teachers such as Dr. Wayne Dyer, Gregg Braden, Dr. Joe Dispenza, Alan Watts, Abraham and the gifted people I have met along the way. What’s interesting is that these are people that I have encountered for short periods of time, but their influence will penetrate many lifetimes. I think the key is to be open to learning even if it means understanding other people’s perspectives.
On the other hand, in a spiritual realm, it would be my team: my Guides, Higher Self and I have to admit on a public platform that I have a strong connection with the Arcturians and have felt their support since I was a child. This field of work has confirmed all that I ever felt growing up.
What kind of work, if any, did you do before becoming a healer?
It varies, but the one I was focused on right before devoting myself to healing work was becoming an actress. I always dreamed of having a massive platform to help people, and I saw that as a glamourous avenue. For the short amount of time I was actively involved in the everyday hustle of auditions, networking, being onset, I could say I was well on my way. I remember being at a Golden Globe party followed by an MTV Gifting Suite when I realize I would be delighted if the two events were filled with people that were living in their truth and wanting to elevate the consciousness of our humanity.
I then realized I don’t have to become “this actress” to help people; I can do it now on my own terms. I still do some modeling and commercial work but my primary focus is creating conscious content and QHHT. If the opportunity ever presented itself to collaborate with conscious creators in the entertainment field, I am all in.
How has your practice changed since you started?
At first, I knew Quantum Healing Hypnosis worked I just didn’t know how. As time progresses, and I integrate all aspects of my Self in this realm and all other realms the more understanding I have of our Universe and how it is all interwoven. It takes discipline and commitment from our end to be a link from this reality to other realities for other people to open their eyes.
Is there anything else you’d like future clients to know about you and your practice?
My life mission is to assist others in their journey, and I always say it is an honor to serve humanity in any way possible. A lot of my insights were in the form of a shift in perspective, so I hope to do that for others. As you can see I have had my share of experiences in our human realm that were grounding, to say the least. I am not attached to one way to do things but instead in the best way to make the most of life for those around me as well as my clients. I have a YouTube channel where I share little glimpses of insights with the world. I’ll leave a link below. Other than that, remember, I am you.
