Have you ever wondered if we are able to hypnotize ourselves? Here at the hub of BQH we would like to say: well, indeed you can. The following article explains how Quantum Healer Karuna Chinchkhede, located in California did just that through the use of an intention.
How to Self Hypnotize to Explore Past Events
I occasionally hypnotize myself when I’m searching for clarification on important past events in my life, and it all started while being in a dentist’s office when I was undergoing a procedure and I felt like I had to distract myself.
I simply started visualizing a beautiful afternoon, feeling the fresh after it had rained. I met my aunt on the spirit side. She looked very different from how I remember her from when she was alive. In preparation for The Divine Reveal session, (the quantum health modality created by Malka Ahern) I was looking to find the place where I would experience bliss.
My plan was to relax, visualize a garden, and then regress to a significant event. So, I set my intention and relaxed which is the first step to self-hypnosis. Then I slowly counted from 10 to 1 and instructed myself to go to a beautiful place when I reached the count of 1.
When I got to the count of 1, I first become aware of a lotus flower, pink in color, then the light green stalk, dark green leaves on the water surface. Then more leaves, and more flowers pushing through the leaves. It seems like it’s a large body of water, like a river filled with lotus flowers: some pink, some dark pink in colour that it can almost be more like purplish. Some were white, some fully opened and others only buds.
It looked like a beautiful place that I had not seen before. I instructed myself to feel the water.
My first thought was that the water is dark in color. No, the water is situated on appeared to be black rocks. It is cool. It feels like it is hitting me, and where it is hitting I can see water splashing, clear in color. The water is flowing. I became aware that the water isn’t still.
Suddenly, I felt the water level increasing. “Am I drowning? Am I going down or is the water level rising?” The water rose up to my chest. I am not panicking. Next, I am under water and breathing too.
“Hmm. Who am I? I don’t know”.
I was floating around and eventually settled on a rock. I got fishy smell. I was wearing what looked like scales from the chest down. It looked to be grey in color and it was shiny” Oh, wow. Am I a mermaid, I wondered? Do mermaids live in rivers? I thought they lived in the ocean,” I internally enquired.
I jumped back into the water. It feels natural to be in the water. I’m aware that the scales are all over my body. There are fins alongside my ears. Wow! My mouth is pink. My eyes, are deep and round. There is a thread like something hanging near my mouth.
“Am I a fish?”
“OMG! I am a fish.”
I was seeing myself swimming around with other fish and eating something that were stuck to the rocks. I was also aware that there were frogs jumping from one rock surface to another.
It was a beautiful life, I think. I didn’t want to see it end. So, I close the scene to go to the event I was meant to explore through letting go and floating away.
